RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lil Laurens LLC aka Little Laurens Crafts, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or return of an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We regret that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. This includes orders that have not yet entered the production process and orders that are in production.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on any of our products or services. This includes products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, as well as products that do not meet the customer’s expectations. If an item is defective or damaged, we will work with you on creating a replacement or repairing the item.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time the order is placed.  Depending on the size of the order, a deposit may be accepted with the remaining balance due at delivery.

This will be determined on a case-by-case basis as all orders are custom orders at this time.

EXCEPTIONS

In rare cases, we may consider canceling an order or issuing a refund at our discretion if work has not yet begun on the order. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

We reserve the right to modify or update this return/cancellation policy at any time without notice.

By placing an order with Lil Laurens LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this return/cancellation policy and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not place an order with us.
